Cipher suite preference determination is wrong

Given an installation of cryptolyzer version 0.1.0
When I try to analyze cipher suites (ciphers)
And the analyzable host prefers the clients preference order
Then in the command line tool result the cipher_suite_preference value is true And it should be true
