Decode error alert response during TLS checks causes Python traceback

Given an installed CryptoLyzer with version 0.6.0
And a server that supports TLS
When a TLS check is run against the server
Then the command line tool may give a Python traceback
And the traceback contains TlsAlert exception with value DECODE_ERROR
