TLS 1.3 check is unstable with servers using OpenSSL 3.0

Given a server uses OpenSSL 3.0 (currently beta version is available, so it practically means s_server)
And an installed CryptoLyzer with version 0.6.0
When a TLS (versions, dhparams) check is run against the server
Then version TLS 1.3 or some of the supported DH parameters are missing sometimes
