- Separation of HAProxy-enabled and HAProxy-ignorant ports; every service port now has a HAProxy-enabled and HAProxy-ignorant variant
- BUGFIX: Proxying for Plaintext authentication to XOAuth2 did not work due to SSL certificate verification
