Show previous default foreground color selected in user preferences menu

Not sure how to do it, but the way that the ComboBox is currently set up there is no default color string already picked when the options UI panel comes into play. This needs to be changed to reflect the currently selected default, to avoid the user having to select a choice every single time if they just want to keep the preexisting default.
