Confirmation dialog for animation start

At this point after the user selects starting therapy, the Kitt display is brought up and immediately begins animation for the user. Despite having already clicked the 'start' button, there should be another dialog box to confirm that the user has their headphones on and that they're ready to begin tracking the traveling light bar across the screen.
