Custom repository with binary packages and dependency handling?

Is it possible to add a custom repository with binary packages (like Slack, Alien) but with the ability to handle dependencies (like in SBo)? For example a repo with compiled/packaged apps from SBo slackbuilds.

Scenario: I need 20 virtual machines with packages compiled from SBo but I don't want to waste time and build them all separately using slpkg on each virtual machine.
