Strings with hash symbol being treated as comment

# Working filter:
=C filter --replace /#83/#91/c

# malformed filter specification:
=C filter --replace /bug #84/bug #92/c

It seems that the attached patch fix this issue. Are hash comments supposed to appear in the middle of the line?
