Momentum spend for bonus damage should add , straight damage instead of dice

When using momentum for bonus damage. It should only add to the damage, not roll more damage dice. ie Barbed Spear 3CD + Brawn Bonus, Bonus damage for momentum is +1/momentum. It should not add dice.

Normal roll with 3 bonus dice for brawn bonus.

Same roll with 2 momentum spent for bonus damage. It should just add 2 to the damage and not roll extra dice.
