NPC attacks can go beyond 9 CD

Description of the issue

The combat dice roller does not allow to run more than 9 dice on an attack.

Expected behavior / Proposed solution

Due to specific conditions, the amount of combat dice can go above 9, for example, the forest dragon can roll 11.

@kayhos I got another one for you, and I am pretty sure its already been noted.. but the max natural damage that can be rolled by an NPC is 9, but there are NPCs who will roll higher then that.. IE the forest dragon, which rolls can roll 11 CD dice for damage when it hits with its maw. Gargantuan Maw (M): Reach 2, 11 CD , Fearsome, Vicious 2

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create an NPC
2. Add an attack with more than 9 combat dice.
