[Character] Resolution issue on skill tab

Description of the issue

Unable to scroll to bottom of skill list on the skill tab of the character sheet

This happens With a smaller vertical size of the character sheet

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open the Skill tab in any character sheet
2. Reduce the vertical size of the window to about 600px
3. Try scrolling to the Willpower skills
4. Unable to see Discipline and sorcery skills.

• Browser with the issue: Chrome
• Foundry VTT version: 1.1.0
• CONAN 2D20 version: 0.7.9
