Armor soak values not shown when armor equiped

Description of the issue

When equipping the "Brigandine vest and trouses" armor from the core belongings, the soak values are not populated on the character sheet doll display.

Expected behavior / Proposed solution

The relevant soak values should be updated

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Add the "Brigandine vest and trousers" armor to the character sheet
2. Equip the armor
3. Armor soak doll not updated
