UI Design for App Details Screen of Remote Apps

When adding apps from other repos, users might want to click on an app to see more details of it before adding it to their own repo.

This ticket is about designing this screen that shows remote apps. The design should make clear that this is not an app in people's repo, but in an external repo that has not yet been added to a user's own repo.
