Windows "drop" built in Debug mode

Hi there, I think the Windows binary (libgdosc.dll) was built in Debug mode. I gather this because, when exporting a Godot project that uses gdosc as an add-on, it fails to launch on machines that don't have developer tools installed (e.g. Visual Studio). In order to load gdosc, it's normal that people would need the MSVC redistributable installed, but even if you install that, the Godot application can't open libgdosc.dll because it's expecting the Debug VC runtime library (things like vcruntime140d.dll, ucrtbased.dll, msvcp140d.dll and vcruntime140_1d.dll -- note the 'd' at the end of these names). Is it possible for you to make a new "drop" of libgdosc.dll that is built in Release mode? Thanks!
