Convert Registry storage to secret
When using storage external to these charts, the registry chart's storage: property will contain sensitive connection information. As such, we should migrate this content to a secret, as we have done with unicorn chart's omniauth.provider properties, in order to comply with the decision for Secret in initContainer over Environment
