Document hybrid Omnibus/Helm deployment for Pages

Overview

We are blocked from a fully cloud native deployment that includes Pages because of a number of blocking issues. gitlab.com is likely to move to a hybrid Omnibus plus Helm deployment once Puma is decoupled from Pages. At this point we could document the hybrid approach as experimental for our users until we have a fully cloud native solution.
