Broken link on on charts' kas page

Problem to solve

When reviewing broken external links as part of the monthly technical writing chore list, I noticed this broken link:

  public/charts/charts/gitlab/kas/index.html:
    [ ERROR ] external_links - broken reference to https://gitlab.joaocunha.eu/root/kas-test/-/blob/master/manifest.yaml: execution expired

Hopefully you still have a copy of the that manifest file? Could we get it added to this page so it no longer depends on an external repository that could go away?
