Update RSpec for standard and common labels after !2010

  Over to @WarheadsSE for maintainer review. One item for consideration: should we add / update specs to test these changes? My assumption would be yes, but it appears that would be a fairly considerable task so I wanted to check before asking Silvester to tackle that.
