Document how to connect KAS to Prometheus via SSL

Summary

This is a follow-up from !2829 (merged)

KAS can expose its metrics endpoint through ssl. But Prometheus requires some special configuration on the chart side to be able to understand the ssl communication. But it is possible. We should test this with the chart and document how to do it.
