Support ESLint 7 channel

It seems codeclimate now supports the new ESLint 7: https://github.com/codeclimate/codeclimate/commit/ac0388beb817ccf96d1fe755abf0355e84701087

Update our script to support the new channel. ESlint 7 channel was not yet available at the time of implementing !18 (merged)
