Steps to reproduce

Navigate to some git repository (cd repo1) and run glab ci status --repo repo2

What is the current bug behavior?

CLI will output repo1's CI status, not repo2. If current directory is not a git repository, flag works as expected

What is the expected correct behavior?

CLI output repo2's CI status
