Sidebar tooltip needs a higher z-index

Summary: I'm on GitLab 8.0.3 (tested in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.) and when I mouseover the sidebar, I get this:

steps to reproduce:

  • Open GitLab in your Browser of choice (again, I only tested Chrome, Safari and Firefox)
  • "Minimize" the Sidebar
  • Mouseover the logo

possible solution: I'd suggest the Sidebar tooltip needs a higher z-index but I can't inspect it (using ChromeDev Tools) to confirm that.
