GitLab pages serve AVIF image files with wrong content-type header

Image files in the AVIF file format are served with the content-type response header set to application/octet-stream, but it should be image/avif.

This leads to Chrome and Chromium downloading the file instead of showing it when requested directly (but works when used in-line in a HTML page), Firefox not even showing the image when used inline in HTML page.

Note: For Firefox you need to be on version 80 and activate avif in the about:config dialogue.
