Project info in issue list is not clickable.

Summary

I don't quiet remember, but i think in old times project info in issue list was clickable. Please, correct me if i am wrong.

Steps to reproduce

Open somebody's issue list and try to click on related project text info.

What is the current bug behavior?

Nothing

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should be clickable and forward to this project (it can be even more useful and able to refer to project's group and subgroup)
