[MR Widget Restructure] Closed: Move subtext into lower area

Problem

The Closed state MR Widget is still showing a second line of text, which should be part of the bullet points in the "Merge Details" section already in the gray "well" area in the bottom section.

Target

The Closed state should look like the Figma design:

Notes

The distinction between contexts is especially important here: in the Closed state, it only notes what did not happen (didn't merge, didn't close issues), not what would happen (commits added and removed, branch deletion).
