Show more branches in the drop down menu while reverting a merge request

The appearance of the drop down (see below), with only one branch visible, gives the impression that only one option is possible here. Users struggled to realize they needed to clear the search box and begin typing to receive other options.

Several users encountered difficulty with this part of the UI during the 'revert merge request' task of the Q1FY23 Create Stage benchmarking.

The branch dropdown in the revert modal should not have the search box pre-filled with a branch name.
