Add discord username to profile settings

Proposal

In addition to the chat/social fields in the current profile page (skype, linkedin, twitter, etc), it would be nice to add a field for the Discord username. Our organization uses Discord internally and it would be convenient for us to be able to find each other in Discord from the GitLab profiles. Also would allow some interesting options for writing Discord bots and slash commands.
