Work items - Error tracking widget

Problem

We support viewing sentry and other error tracking within issues.

Proposal

We'll need to figure out how this works and support it within work items. We should start discussions with devopsmonitor groupobservability to widgetize it.

Engineering steps forward

Per conversation with @ntepluhina, the approach we will take for the first iteration will be:

In this case, it's not a widget and we can keep the current approach as "utility component" - like we have modal or drawer, present for certain stuff that is not related to WI type.

When the work here is started, please create a followup issue to "widgetize" this on both the frontend and backend.
