Closing this issue because we've decided on the vision for default slash commands, documented slash command naming conventions and contribution steps.

The default list may evolve over time, that epic will be the SSOT.

Context

This issue defines the default slash commands available in Duo Chat, including:

• Which commands are available
• Naming conventions
• Which additional arguments/configuration they take
