Spike: Determine migration path for existing analytics dashboards

Problem to solve

With the creation of the dashboard layout framework component, our existing analytics dashboards aren't going to be using the new component. For maintainability and dogfooding purposes, we should figure out how we're going to migrate all existing analytics dashboards over to the new framework.

The difficulties lie in the analytics-specific elements of the existing analytics dashboards, but we may be able to keep all of this, whilst using the new layout structure.
