Wiki page mentions show as plain text instead of links in activity notes

Description

When an Issue/MR is mentioned in a wiki page, the activity note that gets generated shows the mention as plain text rather than as a clickable link. This reduces discoverability and makes it harder for users to navigate between related content.

Expected Behavior

• Activity notes for wiki page mentions should include a clickable link to the specific wiki page where the mention occurred
