Add existence check on Agent Run Form

Currently it is possible to access routes such as http://gdk.test:3000/explore/ai-catalog/agents/unicorn/run. We need to build the same existence logic as we do on the edit page, e.g. http://gdk.test:3000/explore/ai-catalog/agents/unicorn/edit
