Update RSS and Calendar Endpoints to accept type filter

Currently, when the consolidated list is enabled, the type field is passed to the backend when the RSS and Calendar options are selected from the dropdown. This filter is not applied when fetching the work items, leading to all types being returned when these filters are applied.

We should update the backend logic to consider this filter also
