Duo Documentation does not index documentation in different repositories

Problem

In both self-hosted and .com documentation indexes, we only index the documentation that is under https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/tree/master/doc?ref_type=heads, excluding documentation from other deployed services like gitaly. Duo cannot answer documentation questions about this services

Since the test data is generate from this documentation, our evaluation do not capture this blindspot
