Proposal

Not everybody understands what a regex expression represents so having context of the meaning of the regex expression could help us guide users understand what it means.

In merge request settings, we could add the regex description field to pair with the merge request title regex input.

This regex description field could be used to display the validation message as "Title must match {regex description} {regex}"
