Remediated badge for vulnerability report is misleading

Problem to solve

When a vulnerability is no longer found in the vulnerability report, it assigns the badge "remediated: needs attention". However, remediated suggests that an action has been taken, even though it is possible that no action was taken.

I am open to ideas on how to give greater clarity to this. The best that I could currently come up with is "can't reproduce"
