[API] gridParamSearch() implementation finish

The implementation of the parameter grid search Problem.gridSearchParams() is not complete. There are errors and inconsistencies, see TODO in the code + uncomment the example in the test.py once finished.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
