Differing pseudo section between import tab and pre-processing tab

- Problem Description : So, I just noticed some interesting behavior when importing csv direct and recip files for a combined survey with topography. I have about three or four surveys such as this, where an initial 5m spacing, 48 electrode survey was performed and then a 2.5m spacing 48 electrode survey was performed over a specific section of the longer survey. The electrode positions for the 2.5m surveys were adjusted from 0-120 to start from where ever the shorter survey began (e.g. 30m position of long survey). When importing the data, the import scree shows pseudos such as this
whereas the preprocessing window shows this
or from a different line, the import shows this
and the preprocessing shows this
Can you see the changes and specifically in the second example the almost wave like pattern? I'm just curious why there is an addition of points (e.g. second example between elec 56 and 72), in the first example the electrodes stay the same whereas in the second it shows very tightly combined electrodes. I'm just curious what you think and if you could let me know potentially why it appears this was and if it's a visualization issue, software issue or what.
