3D forward modeling (v3.4.5), 'UnstructuredGrid' object has no attribute 'cell_arrays'

Problem Description : In region mode, after the mesh creation, the new region can't be created due the 'UnstructuredGrid' object has no attribute 'cell_arrays' (v3.4.5)
How to reproduce it : With the mesh created, attempt to generate a new region.
