3D column experiment does not create new regions to test forward models

Platform : Windows
Problem Description :I was trying to play around with some forward modeling, and after importing my electrode location(file attached), and creating a mesh with resIPY, the software crashed and did not allow for the creation of new resistivity zones within the cylinder column experiment.
How to reproduce it :Elec_location_forward_model.csv

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
