Lighter container image

Currently, only the Linux x64 container is generated. No Alpine. And to makes things worse, the base image used is Ubuntu, which is not only big, but susceptible to vulnerabilities because it ships a lot of stuff.

Consider make Alpine and replace Ubuntu for a more strict image. Options:

• DotNet chilsed
