Add pad-brackets-in

Similar to the pad-paren-in option, could you add a pad-brackets-in option? It'll just add spaces in the inner expression(s) of the brackets.

a = [];
a[0] = true;

if (isDefined(player.pers["team"]))
{
}

if (isDefined(self.bot[self.lookup["test"]])
{
}

Should become

a = [];
a[ 0 ] = true;

if (isDefined(player.pers[ "team" ]))
{
}

if (isDefined(self.bot[ self.lookup[ "test" ] ])
{
}
