Improve Documentation Layout

We should improve the layout of the documentation

• Examples should use code blocks rather than being a table.
• Type Signatures should include spaces after commas so they can Take multiple lines
• Step Parameters should be in the correct order

We should also have options for controlling other aspects of the documentation. This will allow us to have change how the documentation appears in the language server.

• Whether or not to include examples
• Whether to have a link to the documentation page at the top.
