Display ballots percentage on mobile

Clarification and motivation

The ballots percentage isn't displayed in mobile view, but displayed on the desktop (see the attached screenshots). It would be nice to show these numbers on mobile view as well.

Acceptance criteria

• The ballots percentage is displayed on mobile view.
