Change format of referenced English terms in the text

Throughout the text there are some terms that allude to their English counterparts. For example, as in the following sentence in section 9.4,

Las pilas (stacks en inglés) y las colas (queues en inglés) son estructuras de datos muy usadas en la ciencia de la computación.

Change them to the following format:

Las pilas (en. stacks) y las colas (en. queues) son estructuras de datos muy usadas en la ciencia de la computación.

In this case, en is the two letter code for English in ISO 639. The formatting could be eased by using a simple LaTex command (e.g., \newcommand{\engterm}[1]{(\textbf{en.} #1)}).

An exception to this are terms that are acronyms/initialisms, which are then expanded and translated to Spanish. They stay the same. For example:

Una pila es una estructura de datos de tipo LIFO (del inglés Last In / First Out, “último en entrar, primero en salir”).

and

... Perl tiene métodos metaobjetos para encontrar información sobre el orden de resolución de los métodos (MRO por sus siglas en inglés), ...
