A number of small changes.  Most notably is the option to add faded drop shadows to chits.  This is especially nice for VASSAL modules because it makes the counters look much nicer and the things more "tactile"

New version of the package.  This has many improvements over the previous release 0.3-2 - too many to put down, but I will give it a try
- Some `.dtx` files split in to smaller files 
- Mostly VASSAL related changes 
  - Add battle markers 
  - Add odds markers 
  - Add results markers 
  - New `wgexport.py` uses these to set-up rules for automatically calculating battle odds and resolve them.
- Dice pictures 
- Separators in OOBs 
- Bevels on chits and hexes.  Mainly useful for computer graphics and less for printed graphics 
- Calculate split of boards onto sheets 
- Other stability and bug fixes.
