Divide to commands

Give an ability to run progress updater and attendance analytics separately by commands, like:

wgt update - will only run progress updater wgt attendance - will only run attendance analytics

By default wgt should work the same as it works now

In website, add separate jobs for updater and attendance to speed up builds
