I'm not a book read person so it's a shame I won't be able to know where the story goes, it was so interesting, I was so hooked innit. That's why I was so sad when I finally decided to check on patreon and found out that the visual novel was going to be abandoned and be continued in a book, from there I had to delete the game. It's just hard for someone like me who has never read any Manga and will never read ever to continue with the book. Otherwise it was an amazing story, I couldn't care more about the sexual Content, I was just hooked for the story that's why I ain't gonna lie I'm low key disappointed but it's you who makes it and knows how hard it is and your limits and knows what's good for your work, so with that being said I can only say good luck and hope everything is going fine with your book
Much like many others, I am rather disappointed on the shift in how the story shall be relayed from now on but regardless I am a firm believer in doing things the way you want and as such, wish you luck with the book. I am not really someone who reads books as I have a need to put visuals to the dialogue so I suppose I shall have to live with never knowing which way the story continued and or ended.
Why would we want to read this as a book when so many of us have fallen in love with these amazing VISUAL characters and their story. I just don't get it. Sell the rights and let another developer finish it. Anyway, it is what it is, I loved it and will just have to imagine what happens next. Good luck to you. (By the way, I would personally pay 50US dollars to have this completed VN in my collection) (It's THAT good!!)
I just finished Evermore about 5 minutes ago at the time of this post, played through it all in one sitting. Evermore was amazing, definitely in my top 5 of avns I've played. I hate to see it getting turned into a book, as I'm not one who reads. I would love to see Evermore get finished, as it has great potential. The choice is yours though, although many don't like the change, myself included. If you ever come back to making AVN's I will love to see how Evermore progresses.
Just saying 90% of visual novel fans are there for the story even if it has porn. Creating a new world just to basically cut it off for, lets face it a far harsher and worse genre of creation is just wrong. Especially since you're losing a core part of your fanbase that was interested in having both. So I urge you to please reconsider this choice. Especially since not finishing the project looks bad on your side and in the same vein even if you didn't want the porn you 100% could have removed it and edited the story to not directly have porn but have adult themes instead.
Please reconsider pivoting Evermore to a novel. I dont know if i can speak for anyone other than myself here but the story was great and im dont particularly care about the porn stuff, its nice for eye candy like, but i play these games because im interested in the story, and it feels in bad taste to abandon the project and change the medium just when most people would really start getting into the game. I get dev work is time consuming and difficult work, but when you have a project that so many people are interested in, you should double down on it, not abandon it to create an inferior version. I dont know if my point comes across as constructive but i really do mean it that way
In that aspect i agree, its my fault for not explaining better my point. What i mean is, i dont care about sexual content that is there purely for the sake of sexual content, but when it makes sense in and has impact on the story, that, I feel is different as it's part storytelling.
if you want to shift away from adult stuff, thats fine, AFTER you finish your first project. you realize publishers reasearch shit right? theyll find out you scammed your patreon fans for a year and dipped to write a book instead, risky move there.
further more if you would have finished this game even on a cliff hanger that would be something, but you just pissed off the only thing that got your name outhere. guess what happens now everyone is pissed and you start from 0 in the author world but now people pissed at what happened with this game will likely warn people not to give it a shot. you didn't just shoot yourself in the foot mate. you hacked it off with an axe and frankly i have no idea what the right idea would be here.
I think I am lucky, because this game has given me a lot of fun these days, and at the same time, after I cleared the 0.5 version, I feel so sorry that this game can't continue to develop. As a player in different languages, I even use two mobile phones to read the story of this game. For the follow-up development novel, I may really not be able to read it. However, I am still very grateful to the author for bringing me such an excellent game experience. If this game can continue to run in the future, I hope I can remember and come to support it (please ignore the inconvenience caused by rollover)
Was gonna check out this game but seeing as dev abandoned it i gotta pass. its a shame from what i hear the story was interesting.
Gotta agree with the other people who donated money into this, You should at least give a proper ending to it, Then change direction. Just because there is sexual stuff in it doesn't devalue the story and writing put into it
Why would people trust you to finish the next novel if you're abandoning this one cause of some nudity?
it definitely seems to be the end which is a shame because it was really great, but the way he went about ending it was a very asshole way to do it, he knew for a year that he wasn't going to finish it, so all the people that where paying him for updates basically got scammed out of their money. there where plenty of people that where there for the smut AND the story, i should know because i was one of them.
this is specifically for the DEV: I hope you reconsider and do end up finishing the game, including the smut, I say this with reservations.
IF (and i do mean IF) you ever actually finish the novels, ill only be reading them because i hate leaving a story unfinished. you've screwed over the people that trusted you, I honestly dont see how people are finding ways to defend what you did. writing a novel version without the smut would have been fine if you had been honest about it when you first decided to end the development of the game over a year ago.
Just finished a couple minutes ago, I absolutely loved the story
I can't say I'm not at least a little disappointed that from what I've seen the visual novel won't continue, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for the book
The story is enthralling and I can't wait to see what happens
Will I miss the adult content and everything tied to it? Of course, some of it was the most creative I've seen in a while
But I like the story and I'm sticking to my response
It is indeed lots of work, but if people supported the lad on Patreon with actual money for more than a year (while he knew it already by then) gives them a right to be angry. They wasted their own money into someone that was intentionally misleading them. He should have made that message straight away when he decided , so people actually had time to consider whether they wanted to continue to support his work or not. Not the other way round...., so a bad call from this specific creator, though indeed some have a real bad attitude here by the way they are reacting to this response (angry ones)
We all know just like with kickstarter that investment into these is a gamble. Not realizing that is naive as hell. For most, this is a second job on top of their real job.
Obviously it is a gamble, but the chap knew for a year as he wrote that he was going to cancel it and cherish a new approach.... and in my book that is some sort of fraud as he kept misleading people for a year.
I got many projects myself and some lead to nothing and some may lead to something, however transparency to your backers is key.
Whether it is a side job (as most have real jobs), by opening a patreon page, you do create some commitment yourself too to your peers.
Depression or life schedules in general can really make things hard. He might well have tried really hard to make it work and just couldn't finally giving up. As someone with a youtube channel for 16 years who didn't post anything for the first time forever due to depression, but people still gave me money, that's back pay for the entire catalog of work I created. This isn't some massive corporation making these promises, this is an nobody like you and me, putting in tons of work and deserves to get paid for the effort put in to entertain us. As much as people might not want the novel he will almost certainly be giving out the novel as a reward to paying customers. The more support the person gets the more likely they are to consider returning to the AVN format after the story is finally completed or allowing someone else to put it into AVN format. I already got a lot of entertainment out of the really hard work and talent done. That alone deserves to be paid.
If a giant corporation did this, sure be pissed and raise hell. The amazing thing about AVNS is completely nobodies can make amazing CGI movie quality work with just one person as a side project. Sadly nobodies have everyday nobody problems just like the rest of us.
I do understand your side of transparency but as a friend of a disabled artist, the person is probably beating themselves up and feeling like a complete failure even more than any angry ex-fan which wont do a damned thing to make the AVN actually ever happen. Support works much better than abuse. I view bascially all of patreon as a form of encouragement to artists to do more of their work I enjoy, not a bound contract as an exchange that you'd BETTER GIVE ME! Patreon is a donation to encourage nobody creators. Nobody creators with nobody problems. If you think of it less like a purchase and more like tipping which is what it really is, its a lot more acceptable. I will still go back and read this through every few years, its something created and permanent. Whether its in a completed form has nothing to do with the work that has gone into it so far.
He stopped working on the game once he got a fulltime job, ghosted everybody for a year and turned the AVN into a novel last year and removed the harem and the smut. It isn't a single book, he said it's multiple books with no time table at all when the first one may be released
Also, further down, he already said he's never coming back to the game. In his patreon post he said he was embarrassed that people called him a smut writer
tldr: Author is busy with work and tired of people calling him a smut writer so he took the name recognition of his popular AVN and is turning it into a lame fantasy novel for normies.
No. Not posting on YT for a year due to depression, with a massive back catalogue, leaving the channel up, and returning, without cutting and running, is NOT the same as getting cold feet because you naively went in to a sexualised commercial project, and then could not hack the flack, so DID cut and run, but made sure NOT to tell anyone for over a year, whilst still collecting money for WORK YOU WERE NOT DOING.
Two totally different things, sorry.
One is relatively harmless in the greater scheme of things, if you posted things for 14 or 15, or those 16 years, and just had to take a break due to mental health issues.... then even the small donations you made whilst absent, is likely not even close to recompense for the volume of work over that decade and half, not unless you only posted one or two videos a year.
The other, is deliberately deceptive, to try to milk as much money as one can from a dead project, whose fate has already been decided. The ETHICAL thing to do, would be SHUT DOWN all donation vectors, BEFORE even announcing the change, and end to the project, the VERY MOMENT you decided to quit. THEN inform everyone what was happening, apologise, then say WHY you chose as you did.
I did not buy this game, or financially contribute in ANY WAY, I am only here because each time I download a NEW game, this one is the top of the banner among recommended games.... which it SHOULD NOT be, given the situation (all those people who Rated this game, need to CHANGE their rating to no star imho). BUT... I can VERY VERY much sympathise with those people who DID invest in this, and had their contributions taken advantage of for a year, even knowing full well this game was now vaporwear.
Unethical, amoral business practices, are just that, even for a LONE CREATOR, working on an AMATEUR game. If it is a product or project, and you are taking money from investors, TRANSPARENCY is CRITICAL. In fact, in at least a couple of Jurisdictions I know, if it COULD BE PROVEN by records, this is what the Dev did, cut and run, but keep taking money for a dead project for a year thereafter, without informing his financial backers, it WOULD INDEED BE CRIMINAL FRAUD.
As much as I normally agree with the pettiness of internet outrage, in this instance, YOU sir, are the one who is out of step with ethics and morality. Trying to justify unethical, and potentially criminal, happenings, is not a good look, and you are likely no going to convince the victims they are wrong to be upset. Because THEY ARE NOT.
The amount of anititty nerds in here crashing out lmao. Called gooner shit cause it is gooner shit. Dev's story, dev's work, dev can do what the fuck they want with it. If they are tired of doing gooner shit, aint gotta do gooner shit. Go grab another animated porn for your whole "I need to see animated people having sex because it's too unbelievable for me to actually see a real person having sex" life, and stop crashing out on a porn game comment section.
And yall got the nerve to call the dev a "loser"... Right.
Dev do your thing, writing is an interesting turn. It's a good story, I'll be honest I don't know if it's truly "novel" level of a story but interesting to see what you pull out of it. Maybe adjust your medium from novels and focus on webisode/webtoon style story release as you get a better feel on fleshed out writing mechanics.
That's cool and all but you're looking through and playing the same types of games. So wouldn't you fall into the exact same category? Especially since you're in the comments talking shit about the people who most likely had been paying monthly for updates, all for it to be for next to nothing when the dev randomly decided to abandon the game, effectively making people waste their hard earned money. You're right, the dev should do what they want, but they should at least finish the game that they had people paying monthly to get updates and more content first. Then they can move on to better things all they want. Don't sit there and advertise something, gain tons of supporters for that specific thing and then completely change it expecting the same level of supporters when they expecting something else entirely. That's false advertisement at that point, and fraud.
The amount of white knighting in this comment lmao. Do you think it's okay the dev kept his patreon open for people to donate for a year despite knowing he will never return to the game? The only losers here are people like you defending the shit he did.
Link to book? I see the comments that this was turned into a novel, and I see where it lends itself to that. Would like to read the finished story if you have a link.
WTF, man?? Just WTF. So many of us waited for you. Many players even paid to support this fucking game, and then you abandoned it for your own selfish reasons. You decided not to continue the AVN and instead turn it into a book, stripping away the harem and adult content and you had the nerve to call it “gooner shit.” That part wasn’t some throwaway gimmick it was a huge part of the story You left us with nothing but weak, bullshit excuses.
And when you came back, instead of fixing things, you ruined the game, the plot, and the story even more with yet another pile of bullshit reasons. Do you even realize how many people are disappointed in you? It’s not just me we loved the story, we loved everything about it. You could’ve written a new story for your book and done whatever the fuck you wanted with that. But no you decided to trash this one, and abandon it again.
You don’t care about your fans. You don’t listen. You don’t give a fuck about anyone but yourself. Because you’re a fucking loser who can’t handle criticism. Instead of taking it like a real creator and improving, you turn your back, make excuses, and run.
Fuck you, man. Fuck you. You’re a coward. A loser.
And don’t pretend you don’t see this I hope you actually read it. Because we your fans accepted your first reason for abandoning the game. We cared. We wanted you to be happy. We supported you even when it hurt. And now you betray us. You know damn well this game was the only reason we supported you. We thought you were a good developer. We respected you. We loved your work. We kept the community alive while you were gone. We stayed. We waited.
And you came back not for us, not for the fans who believed in you but only for yourself.
So congratulations. You’ve proven us wrong. You’ve shown us you don’t give a shit about anyone but yourself.
I hope you’re proud of what you’ve done. I hope you’re happy with all this shit. Because we sure as hell aren’t.
It's such a shame, too. This is one of the titles that I could never get enough of. It had soo much potential! I wish the dev well and all, but... Man.
Pretentious author shafts fans who paid and supported him because people said he wrote smut when he was writing smut.
Put off the announcement for over a year out of fear because he didn't want to be mocked (aka people calling him out, rightfully so)
Why would I read Evermore 1,2, and 3 when I could read a Game of Thrones, Clash of Kings, and a Storm of Swords?
People were here for the adult content and decent story since most AVNs have bad stories with good smut.
Why would anyone support you when you can never finish projects? You said you loved the story of your unreleased game and that's partially why you made this decision.
It's unreleased, don't you think people should play it first before deciding on shifting your other projects, projects people paid for, to this mysterious games direction?
When people say Patreon and Adult games are scams, this kind of stuff is what they're talking about.
People are saying you can come back to the game later but honestly, don't bother. I doubt anyone here would take you seriously and all faith would be gone.
Good riddance dude.
Edit: You need to edit your Patreon post btw, you're not losing "part" of the player base, you're losing most of the player base and if you remove the harem/smut (integral to the story btw) you'll lose the rest of the player base.
You're a clown, I hope you have a bad day, and I hope you enjoy those 7 fans on your Patreon post, they're probably the last.
Hay! So the overall look of this looks cool, so I decided to check it out. Overall, this looks like an amazing piece of work. My only complaint is that the progression does feel rushed. Just my take. Outside of that, I am really liking the "Final Fantasy" live vibes and the general concept of this project in terms of the story. The possibilities are really really cool with this. I personally would like it more if it slowed down and took more time with the characters and setting. Getting to know the characters a bit more before the relationships just leapfrog. But it isn't stopping me from enjoying the concept of your work thus far.
I saw it is going toto a novel and i was holding on dearly for a conclusion to the avn. I love there visuals and music choices. I don't unfortunately do books as I'm more of an interactive person. I hope this avenue works out for you. I shall remain in disappointment and denial that the decision will not be reversed and the avn finished.
he's a fucking coward who can't take a criticism and he's a fucking selfish bastard who only thinks of himself he never cared about the fans he made he only cares of his fucking self
I really enjoyed this game...I wanted it to be updated till final version but now it shifted to a book, no offence but I'm heartbroken... didn't expect this for waiting for over a year for an update...wish it was changed to a normal visual novel game with no harem in it with decisions that will make a difference in the further parts of the story but if that's what you think will be best... I'll read your book...hope you release it here or give us a link
Maybe this is asking a lot but could you send everyone a final version of all your work for Evermore so we can still play it for the last time before getting a chance to read it on a book in the distant future? My last download of your game was the 0.5.1 version. Like the final one could be 0.6 then have a link to where your book plans will be or something like that?
Hi Dev, I hope you did your research on how to turn your story into a book. Most Publishers gets 1000’s new writers stories daily and will only accept a dozen or so. You may have to pay for your own publishing if you wish it to be in print. I have in the past talked to a publisher they advised me to have at least 3 books premade in case of writers block or burnout happens. Chuckles here is something I have done in the past with a few books I have wrote that was PG I placed them on USB devices and left them for people to find. I got this idea after finding a usb device that was a Treasure Hunt item. Just be careful folks I have found a few with sad stories on them. If you pick one up just be warned it could have anything on it. The last one I found I believe to be written by a woman admitting that her husband was not the father to their son that is 14yrs old. You just never know what you will find.
i know i might sound stupid asking this even though i know the answer but is this truly the end of the avn or will there be a few updates(hopefully ending on a satisfying note/chapter) before going full sfw novel
I'll never not want to know where it could have gone in the VN format.
I enjoy exploring the world visually.
I'd love to know how, and how not, to attract the other women. And see where the relationship combinations could go.
You have to take it in the direction you need to go. But it was as a VN that hooked many of us into it.
Personally, the only other format I follow is audiobook. And having the characters be acted (even b a single narrator) would be excellent. But given the time it would take to write, then sell enough to cover the cost, the actually record. It'd be years. Maybe I'll be nostalgic for a story that grew from a VN I had fond memories of. Maybe I'll've moved on.
Switching to books would definetly increase your income . From a fan perspective i would definetly congratulate you into doing the part you love . It is the mark of a true masterpiece .while i will definetly miss the game visual support . I do think i will purchase your books if offered in a digital format .
Congratulation again into following your dreams
Edit: if you decide to make an independant patreon financing , please try to announce it here or on discord . i would try to support you
if you ever need or want to publish the book i could help since i work at indigo/chapters (a book store which is found throughout Canada(except for Quebec))
I'm sorry but no, I'm writing a book with the story and will keep it going so the story isn't dead to where I can just give it to someone else. Good luck making a game of your own though if that's something you're planning!
Sad to see, I kinda expected it but a shame the visual aspect of it is kinda necessary for me so as much as I enjoyed the VN I can't really enjoy a book in the same way, good luck with your novel
Well, A message was just sent out on Patreon. It's very disappointing Prometheus has decided to quit making this AVN and instead continue it through novel's. I hate reading books so he's lost me which is unfortunate because I enjoyed the AVN very must so far. It is what it is, it's not like there are not other good AVN's out there.
Sorry to see you go, but that's something I expected with the switch. I considered disassociating with the game for this reason and making it stand alone, but I figured those who were in it for the story might want to see it through.
You're perfectly valid in leaving though, it's a major change.
Nothing personal, I just hate reading because I am very slow at reading and a novel generally speaking would have a lot more reading. It is disappointing though because I did really enjoy what you had done with the AVN Evermore. Plus it doesn't help me any when I lean much harder towards movies then books.
Prometheus, I am very much looking forward to reading your book. I have joined the Discord channel, and I assume that updates on the novel will be shared there as well. While I would be delighted to see the visual novel continue, and I hope it will once you have released the book, I found myself more captivated by the story than the adult content. To be clear, the adult content was certainly a factor in my decision to download the game, but it was the narrative that truly drew me in. I also hope that the book will be available in a digital format, as I do not have a great deal of time for reading and often prefer to use text-to-speech programs with ePub files.
Since lots of people are still coming here confused about the project's future, I'll put this out on the dev's behalf since he never bothered posting it here on Itch (I don't know why he didn't, that was a strategic error on his part if you ask me)
This game is essentially on indefinite hiatus right now, owing to the developer receiving a full-time job offer which he announced about one year ago now, in the summer of 2024. In said post, he declared that he'd had a great time working on this but just couldn't financially justify not taking the job, and that he felt there'd be no way for him to keep working full time and also produce Evermore at a pace or quality level he was comfortable releasing.
He also announced, however, that he was planning to continue Evermore eventually, but in another medium (probably just text only format) this time, rather than visual novel. That's what the latest announcement, from September 2024, is about. Hope anyone revisiting this page, or visiting for the first time, who are confused about what's going on here, finds this helpful.
P.S. I'm not associated with the dev or anything, I was just passing through and figured some people might wanna know this stuff so I decided to throw this out there on my own, don't expect any more answers or details about this from me
The projects future is easy enough to understand, as there is no future for this project. It's been abandoned and is now a dead project. Dead projects do not have futures, do not get updated, etc. etc.
Devs post this kind of drivel that it's coming back, they'll start it up again as something else, blah blah blah, so they can continue milking the shit out of the ignorant patrons who will stay signed up for it and waiting.
Except he closed the patreon. It's now a matter if it comes back great, if not oh well. He didn't feel comfortable with collecting money for it in the mean time
He actually did not close the Patreon. I just checked it out and despite it being so long it says he still has 45 paid members. Even at the bare minimum of $2.50 a month that is $112.50 of free money each month.
no he killed it thinking people would rather have it in a novel format than a VN format, which clearly the comments are already starting to show his descision is not a welcome one. so no evermore isnt on hiatus anymore it is dead and buried.
Hoping for more updates soon!!! This game is absolutely beautiful! The animation is great, the characters are absolutely amazing, the story/evolution of the story/characters are top notch!!!
Evermore is truly one of the most beautiful and special games I’ve ever experienced. The story, the characters, the emotions — everything is perfect. I love it with all my heart, and it gave me so much strength and hope in difficult times. I really, really hope the developer will continue working on it, because I need to see the full story come to life. Thank you so much for creating something so magical and unforgettable. I’ll be waiting patiently, supporting you all the way. Please keep going — your work means more than you could ever imagine.

I hope people didn't pay for this just to have it end before it was finished
I'm not a book read person so it's a shame I won't be able to know where the story goes, it was so interesting, I was so hooked innit. I feel like the dev’s going in a direction where I don’t think the current audience is likely to follow.
Whether he can attract a new audience is an open question. Could go either way.
Why would we want to read this as a book when so many of us have fallen in love with these amazing VISUAL characters and their story. I just don't get it. Sell the rights and let another developer finish it. Anyway, it is what it is, I loved it and will just have to imagine what happens next. Good luck to you. (By the way, I would personally pay 50US dollars to have this completed VN in my collection) (It's THAT good!!)
only 50 i am litteraly ready to give 1% of my current money for it (196$/19596$)
I just finished Evermore about 5 minutes ago at the time of this post, played through it all in one sitting.

I am really disappointed that you stopped here. How can you not finish this project.
I am in total disbelieve.
You had something good going here and you just drop it and leave your fans hanging?
Thats really hard.
Continue with the original VN or drop it completely and pivot to a new project.
Continuing an idea from a dropped-midway old project in a whole new medium and restarting from the beginning of the plot just feels in bad taste.,
I think I am lucky, because this game has given me a lot of fun these days, and at the same time, after I cleared the 0.5 version, I feel so sorry that this game can't continue to develop. As a player in different languages, I even use two mobile phones to read the story of this game. For the follow-up development novel, I may really not be able to read it. However, I am still very grateful to the author for bringing me such an excellent game experience. If this game can continue to run in the future, I hope I can remember and come to support it (please ignore the inconvenience caused by rollover)
the funniest thing i heard today LOL

Updated version here - https://uloadgame.cfd/
Привет очень хотелось бы чтобы разработчик снова вернулся к игре игра очень хорошая интересная пожалуйста возврашаися к игре
In his patreon post he said he was embarrassed that people called him a smut writer
tldr: Author is busy with work and tired of people calling him a smut writer so he took the name recognition of his popular AVN and is turning it into a lame fantasy novel for normies.
support it if you want, I'm sure as hell not lol
That's false advertisement at that point, and fraud.
calling him a loser for not wanting to write smut? maybe?
calling him a prick for leading people on for a fucking year? ABSOLUTELY
Patreon scam.
WTF, man??
Uy tol, ano nangyari? Hahaha. Ano issue dito?
Discontinued na yung development kaya imbis na masayang yung plot ng avn ginawa nyang book yung avn minus yung mga nsw
Ahh kaya pala. Betrayal nga yun sa fans, lalo na sa patreon supporters. Yikes.
what an L turnout for this game. Jesus fucking christ.
Be ready to never play more of the game again!
I saw it is going toto a novel and i was holding on dearly for a conclusion to the avn. I love there visuals and music choices. I don't unfortunately do books as I'm more of an interactive person. I hope this avenue works out for you. I shall remain in disappointment and denial that the decision will not be reversed and the avn finished.
same here, I really do hope they find the time to eventually find out a way to do both or keep it as an AVN
he's a fucking coward who can't take a criticism and he's a fucking selfish bastard who only thinks of himself he never cared about the fans he made he only cares of his fucking self
If a version like that existed, I'm sure we'd have gotten it. 0.5.1 is likely the last version to ever exist.
Who knows.
Well , since the story was your excelence .
Switching to books would definetly increase your income . From a fan perspective i would definetly congratulate you into doing the part you love . It is the mark of a true masterpiece .while i will definetly miss the game visual support . I do think i will purchase your books if offered in a digital format .
Congratulation again into following your dreams
Edit: if you decide to make an independant patreon financing , please try to announce it here or on discord . i would try to support you
if you ever need or want to publish the book i could help since i work at indigo/chapters (a book store which is found throughout Canada(except for Quebec))
and don't worry about making it SFW you should see the stuff we sell online
Indigo was my go-to book store before they left Quebec haha, if you're serious DM me on discord, I'm curious about this
hey i am also from Quebec, what a surprise.
i sent you a message from an account called ''ALTJazztheman''
could you please reply to my discord man
Hey got a question can i independently make a game on this story I seriosly would love that
I'm sorry but no, I'm writing a book with the story and will keep it going so the story isn't dead to where I can just give it to someone else. Good luck making a game of your own though if that's something you're planning!
Actually i am not good at writing but good at animating and i really like your game.Sorry i knew it was a bad idea.
So this game is dead, and will never be finished?
According to the announcement linked in the game's dev notes: That is correct.
What a travesty, it looked so promising too. Damn shame.
No worries, I know books aren't for everyone! I wasn't into books either until like 2 years ago
Odd, i could have swore there was a post on it. Thanks for checking it
Well now he is back and all that we can see is he back and continuing the story thats all that matters to me.
no he killed it thinking people would rather have it in a novel format than a VN format, which clearly the comments are already starting to show his descision is not a welcome one. so no evermore isnt on hiatus anymore it is dead and buried.
i downloaded this game in 2023 and have yet to see any updates all though i like the game it is on my dump list if i don't see an update soon.
lol This game's been dead.
Last Reply of the Dev was in Jan 25 so its not really dead. Its more like its in a coma ;-)
The game was put on indefinite hiatus a year ago with no plans to continue the VN version. The game is dead.
