    IPLD Explorer Components

    IPLD Explorer Components

    React components for ipfs-webui

React components for ipfs-webui. This module was extracted from explore.ipld.io so it could be reused from the IPFS Web UI. This module is not intended to be re-used in it's current form by other projects. There is more work to do to make this a nice set of generic components. The ES5-friendly version of the src dir is generated to the dist dir and the page components are all provided as named exports so you can import them. There are peer dependencies so that the parent app can pick the versions of common deps. You'll need to add relevant deps to your project. These components use redux-bundler and your app will need to use a redux-bundler provider in order to propagate the properties and selectors. You can find a basic example of this in ./dev/devPage.jsx.

    Kinto

    Kinto

A generic JSON document store with sharing and synchronisation options

Kinto is a minimalist JSON storage service with synchronization and sharing abilities. It is meant to be easy to use and easy to self-host. Kinto is used at Mozilla and released under the Apache v2 license. It’s hard for frontend developers to respect users' privacy when building applications that work offline, store data remotely and synchronize across devices. Existing solutions either rely on big corporations that crave user data or require a non-trivial amount of time and expertise to set up a new server for every new project. We want to help developers focus on the front, and we don’t want the challenge of storing user data to get in their way. The path between a new idea and deploying to production should be short! Also, we believe data belong to the users, and not necessarily to the application authors. Applications should be decoupled from the storage location, and users should be able to choose where their personal data are stored.

    LibreWeb Browser

    LibreWeb Browser

    Decentralized Web Browser

LibreWeb is an open-source decentralized web browser, leveraging IPFS. What would you do differently; if you could reinvent The Internet in the 21st century? With all the knowledge and new technologies available today. I was inspired by Douglas Engelbart, Tim Berners-Lee, and Ted Nelson as well as projects like IPFS, Jekyll, ARPANET, and more. Everyone should be able to easily read and create a site/blog/news page and publish the content online (without minimal technical knowledge). Built-in easy-to-use editor (whenever you want to publish some content without programming language knowledge). Decentralized (no single-point of failure or censorship), like P2P, DHT, and IPFS. Versioning/revisions of content and documents (automatically solves broken 'links', that can't be happy anymore). Publisher users should be able to add additional information about the document/page, eg. title or path (similar in how Jekyll is using the YML format for meta data).

    Mail-in-a-Box

    Mail-in-a-Box

Take back control of your email with this mail server in a box

Mail-in-a-Box helps individuals take back control of their email by defining a one-click, easy-to-deploy SMTP+everything else server, a mail server in a box. Mail-in-a-Box lets you become your own mail service provider in a few easy steps. It’s sort of like making your own gmail, but one you control from top to bottom. Technically, Mail-in-a-Box turns a fresh cloud computer into a working mail server. But you don’t need to be a technology expert to set it up. Our goals are to make deploying a good mail server easy, promote decentralization, innovation, and privacy on the web, have automated, auditable, and idempotent configuration, not make a totally unhackable, NSA-proof server, and not make something customizable by power users. Mail-in-a-Box turns a fresh Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64-bit machine into a working mail server by installing and configuring various components. It is a one-click email appliance. There are no user-configurable setup options. It "just works."

    NFT Storage

    NFT Storage

Free decentralized storage and bandwidth for NFTs on IPFS and Filecoin

NFT.Storage is a long-term storage service designed for off-chain NFT data (like metadata, images, and other assets) for up to 31GiB in size per individual upload. Data is content addressed using IPFS, meaning the URI pointing to a piece of data is completely unique to that data (using a content identifier, or CID). IPFS URLs and CIDs can be used in NFTs and metadata to ensure the NFT forever actually refers to the intended data (eliminating things like rug pulls and making it trustlessly verifiable what content an NFT is associated with). NFT.Storage stores many copies of uploaded data on the public IPFS network in two primary ways: in dedicated IPFS servers managed by NFT.Storage, and decentralized on Filecoin.

    Notify

    Notify

A dead simple Go library for sending notifications to message services

A dead simple Go library for sending notifications to various messaging services. Notify was born out of my own need to have my API servers running in production be able to notify me when critical errors occur. Of course, Notify can be used for any other purpose as well. The library is kept as simple as possible for quick integration and ease of use. Since Notify is highly dependent on the consistency of the supported external services and the corresponding latest client libraries, we cannot guarantee its reliability nor its consistency, and therefore you should probably not use or rely on Notify in critical scenarios.

    PSR http Message

    PSR http Message

A PSR that provides a set of common interfaces for HTTP messages

HTTP messages are the foundation of web development. Web browsers and HTTP clients such as cURL create HTTP request messages that are sent to a web server, which provides an HTTP response message. Server-side code receives an HTTP request message, and returns an HTTP response message. HTTP messages are typically abstracted from the end-user consumer, but as developers, we typically need to know how they are structured and how to access or manipulate them in order to perform our tasks, whether that might be making a request to an HTTP API, or handling an incoming request. The first line of a request is the "request line", and contains, in order, the HTTP request method, the request target (usually either an absolute URI or a path on the web server), and the HTTP protocol version.

    Plupload

    Plupload

JavaScript API for building file uploaders

At its core Plupload is visually flat and you can customize it however you like. We are using HTML5 APIs. Always. Plupload is based on multi-runtime pollyfills for XMLHttpRequest L2, File and Image APIs. So when there's no HTML5 available in the browser, we emulate it ourselves. Files not only can be picked from browse dialog, but also can be dropped directly from the desktop. In some browsers, mostly in those based on WebKit, it is possible to drag and drop whole folders. Since we emulate as much of HTML5 as possible, we are able (among other things) to provide access to raw file data, even in such environments that do not normally support it. One of the biggest benefits of this is that we can display the thumbnails instantly, right as you select the images in the dialog or drag&drop them from the desktop. We slice the files in chunks and send them out one by one. You can then safely collect them on the server and combine into original file.

    Sandglass

    Sandglass

A distributed, scalable, persistent, time sorted message queue

Sandglass is a distributed, horizontally scalable, persistent, time-ordered message queue. It was developed to support asynchronous tasks and message scheduling which makes it suitable for usage as a task queue. This is a prototype of a side project. This should not be used in production in its current form as things may change quickly without notice. As previously asked (#4), the purpose of this project might not seem clear. In short, there is two goals. The first is to be able to track each message individually (i.e. not using a single commit offset) to make it suitable for asynchronous tasks. The second is the ability to schedule messages to be consumed in the future. This makes it suitable for retries.

    ShowDoc

    ShowDoc

ShowDoc is a tool greatly applicable for an IT team to share documents

When we take over a module or project which has been developed by others, we always feel crazy watching at the codes without notes or comments. Programmers often want others to write technical documents, but not by themselves. Writing technical documents need lots of time and works, such as it needs to consider how to handle the format and layout of the documents. Beside, the man who writes the documents has to think all kinds of non-technical details. For example, which catalog should to be put in the newly-established word document. In general, all kinds of word documents are dispersively maintained by different people in a team. ShowDoc is a tool greatly applicable for an IT team to share documents online. It can promote communication efficiency between members of a team. With the development of mobile Internet, BaaS (Backend as a Service) becomes more and more popular.
