This is a small program that fixes the problem introduced by the Windows update KB2982791 with Delphi 2006 to 2010 that causes the error "Cannot create file %Temp%\EditorLineEnds.ttr". It works by moving the file to its own unique subdirectory whenever it is being created. Version 1.0.2 creates its own unique directory in temp and tries to delete and recreate it on startup in order to get rid of all those files from the last session. Version 1.0.3 removes the balloon hint that was shown on startup.

SPINA is software for the rapid, reliable and accurate determination of constant structure parameters of endocrine feedback control systems. It is a class of static function tests that require nothing more than steady-state concentrations of hormones or metabolites obtained in vivo. The first version of this cybernetic approach had been developed for the evaluation of the functional status of the thyroid gland, i.e. thyroid's secretory capacity (gain of thyroid, GT or SPINA-GT) and sum activity of peripheral deiodinases (GD or SPINA-GD). A second version has been established for insulin-glucose homeostasis. It delivers the secretory capacity of pancreatic beta cells (SPINA-GBeta), an estimate for the insulin receptor amplification (SPINA-GR) and a static disposition index as a measure for the loop gain of the feedback loop (SPINA-DI). Both implementations of SPINA have been validated in more than 50 clinical studies based on large cohorts.

The main purpose of this program is comfortable work in the ON4KST chat. There are no special requirements for the program. Program versions up to 1.27.7 work in Windows 7 - Windows 11 systems. Newer versions only work on Windows 10 and above.. Installing the program is very simple - unzip the downloaded ZIP archive to any disk on your computer or to a flash drive and run the program by clicking on the KSTChat.exe file. For convenience, create a program shortcut and place it on your desktop. If the folder with the program is on a flash drive, then you do not need to create a shortcut.
